What HoldDear is
HoldDear is a private family storytelling product. You create a family archive, invite relatives, and record or upload video stories for that family.
Your content
You should only upload material you have the right to keep and share with the people you invite. Family stories remain under the family’s membership and visibility rules.
Accounts and families
One login can belong to multiple family archives. Billing belongs to the family archive (the Account), not each person. Creating another family creates a new archive with its own plan.
Plans
Family, Family+, and Preserve are sold through Stripe Checkout. Preserve keeps an existing archive available without new uploads or invitations. Canceling through the Stripe Customer Portal ends the subscription per Stripe’s rules; media is not auto-deleted by cancel alone.
Prohibited use
Do not use HoldDear as a public social network, to host content you don’t have rights to, or to attempt to access another family’s archive without invitation.
